1poundboneless pork chops- You can also use bone-in pork chops or tenderloin for this recipe.
¼cuphot honey
¼cupbarbecue sauce
1tspgarlic powder
2tspdried parsley
1tsp Italian seasoning
1tsppaprika
1tsp salt
1 tbspolive oil
Instructions
Place your cast iron skillet over low to medium heat and add the olive oil to begin preheating.
Combine the garlic powder, dried parsley, Italian seasoning, paprika, and salt in a gallon size ziplock bag. Add the pork chops to the bag. Seal the bag and shake until the pork chops are well coated in the seasonings.
Remove the pork chops from the ziplock bag and place them into the preheated cast iron skillet. Allow to cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until each side is golden brown with a nice sear.
Add the hot honey and barbeque sauce to the skillet. Allow the pork chops to simmer in the sauce for 5-7 minutes or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
Remove the skillet from the heat immediately after they are cooked. Allow the pork chops to cool in the sauce for 3-5 minutes before serving.

Storage
Any leftovers should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. If stored properly they will last for 3-5 days.
