Measure out your oats and spread them out evenly on a baking sheet. Bake at 250°F for 30 minutes. This will toast the oats so the granola bars don't have to bake when assembled.
When the oats have finished baking, set them aside to let them cool. In a pot add the oil, brown sugar, honey, salt, and cinnamon. Over low heat slowly melt oil and sugar. Stir occasionally so it doesn't burn. As soon as the mixture melts remove from the heat. You just need the mixture to melt, it does not need to be any hotter.
Add the oats and dehydrated blueberries to the mixture and throughly mix until all the oats are evenly coated.
Lay parchment paper out on your baking sheet. Dump the mixture out onto the center of the parchment paper. Gently press out the granola mixture to form a square. The mixture should be pressed out about an inch thick.
Place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes or until the granola is fully set. After the granola bars are fully set cut the granola into bars.

How to Store Homemade Granola BarsHomemade granola bars can be stored at room temperature which will leave them a bit more chewy and a soft texture. They can also be refrigerated which will leave them more crunchy and hard.
