Instructions
In your mason jar add your ingredients starting with the egg. Next add all other ingredients. Making sure that the egg is the first thing added to the jar is key.
Using the immersion blender put the blender head all the way at the bottom of the jar. Mix on high without moving the blender until the egg turns white.
Once the egg is white slowly start incorporating all the other ingredients. Continue mixing until it is thoroughly combined.
