What Is An Indoor Smoker Slow Cooker?

The particular indoor smoker slow cooker I am using for this recipe is by Weston, they gifted me their indoor smoker slow cooker and so far I am loving it. It has been the perfect tool to add to our kitchen. It doubles as a slow cooker also known as a crock pot and also has an indoor smoker feature.

I have found that this is not like an outdoor smoker. The smoke is much more potent. For a perfect level of smoke flavor, it takes minutes to achieve and not hours like on an outdoor smoker. One of my favorite features of the Weston Indoor Smoker Slow Cooker is that it has a probe that you can check the internal temperature without having to remove the lid and let out all the smoke or heat. (This post is not sponsored by Weston, but they did gift me their product.)
